for the presentation of your paper
Your paper
or you oral presentation will be presented in two
manners :
Forme 1 : In
the bilingual Attendee’s File in terms of the
oral presentation, in the form of summaries setting
out the Word document(s) you sent to Oriex as a proposed
paper for the congress.
For those speakers who did not send their presentation(s)
to Oriex, please do so to oriex@oriex.fr
in in French and in English.
Speakers who sent their proposal(s) for paper(s) to
Oriex in French are kindly requested to send us an
English version.
Forme 2 : Throughout the duration
of HIP in the form of an e-poster (see
note from Pr. Puget et Chiron appended hereto).
Thank you in advance for paying special attention
to the following information for the organisation
of the congress.

Calendar
May 2008
Publication of the final lectures and exhibition programme.
We shall send you a copy to your address.
If it has changed, please send us your new address
by return mail.
Friday 20th June 2008
The abstracts in English or in French have
to be sent to contact@oriex.fr.
1 -Complete abstract with title, author(s), address
in block letters.
2 -Please underline the name of the speaker.
3 -Please send the original text via e-mail written
in English - and French for French authors.
4 -As your text (3 pages maximum) will be printed
in the book of abstracts (A4) exactly as you send
it, please avoid any errors or imperfections. Please
use: Arial 12, line spacing 18 pts, justification
150 mm (38 lines per page including any tables).
5 -Supply as much factual information as possible:
precise subject, methods used, summary of results
and conclusion.
6 -Abstracts sent by fax will not be published in
the abstract book.
E-poster: Please send to contact@oriex.fr
It is a presentation format file Power Point (.ppt),
which must include:
- 5 to 10 slides maximum that should summarise the
main ideas of your paper.
- The title of your paper that should be the same
as the one on the programme.
This presentation can be silent (in which case Please
prefer clear and simple sheets) or with comments.
The “attendee’s file” will include
a CD ROM with all the papers.

For the projection, deadline for sending Oriex, at
contact@oriex.fr,
the final PowerPoint version of your paper.
In the event it exceeds 4 megaoctets, please contact
us by e-mail or by phone (+33 (0) 1 48 41 91 89 89)
so we can inform you of the manner in which to send
your file.
